Drive solutions for decanters

Hiller offers different drive systems, chosen in accordance with the separation task, the decanter size and customer's requests. All Hiller drive concepts stand out due to their very good ease of operation, reliability and and high screw conveyor torques (at a lower differential speed in relation to the bowl). All drive systems are also available for ATEX applications in EX zones.

Electric motor with frequency converter control; generation of the differential speed with planetary gears; Power supply to the scroll frequency converter via intermediate circuit; Scroll speed dependent on bowl speed

SEE-CONTROL PRO

SEE Control pro 1  

All Hiller drive systems are equipped with the
SEE-Control pro electronic control system that has a 10 inch infrared touch display. This permits the control of the entire centrifuge, including all electronic instruments.
