Plug & Play: HILLER DecaSmart, the compact sludge dewatering system

When it comes to sludge dewatering tasks, decanter centrifuges are the proven system both in industry and in the municipal sector. In addition to the cost factor, the time factor also plays a major role in the construction of sludge dewatering plants. The Hiller DecaSmart is a pre-installed decanter system that is ready for immediate operation and represents an economical and extremely powerful solution for the operator. 

As a ready-to-connect compact plant, the decanter and associated peripherals are completely pre-assembled on a steel platform. This means that the decanter system can be easily integrated into any existing system using Plug & Play: simply connect it and start dewatering immediately. A wide variety of solid/liquid separation tasks can be implemented immediately with DecaSmart.
