Hiller Service means:

We know how important it is for our customers, who often operate valuable and complex plants, to optimise the mechanical components such that they are absolutely reliable and offer high operational availability. The following "service instruments" enable us to support you in achieving your targets:

Highly qualified service personnel

Our service technicians have a broad knowledge in the fields of mechanics, electronics, PLC programming, hydraulic as well as in process engineering. Therefore our personnel are the most valuable source for supporting and satisfying our customers.

Fast delivery of spare parts

We have an extensive stock of original Hiller spare parts in our headquarters in Vilsbiburg as well as in some further branches. This enables us to deliver the required original parts to the customer very fast – often even on the following day.

First class repair service at our premises

For more than 35 years Hiller has gained extensive experience in machine installation as well as in the field of plant engineering. We have invested considerably in machinery, equipment and personnel at our "Hiller Repair Centre" in Vilsbiburg and can therefore offer our customers highest repair quality at very low processing time. We can carry out about 200 extensive centrifuge reconditionings per year.

Rotors on loan

For many of our Hiller standard decanters we have a substantial stock of rotors available in Vilsbiburg. This safeguards an interruption-free operation of our customers’ rotors.

Maintenance contracts

Hiller offers maintenance contracts made to the customers’ specification. Such a maintenance contract optimises the reliability and prolongs the life of your machine considerably. After conclusion of such a contract we generally grant a discount of 10% on all spare and wear parts. Hiller will coordinate the complete time and interval management for you as well as the corresponding entry into the inspection logbook. This leads to highest machine reliability as well as to legal security.
