Hiller is setting new benchmarks

in mobile dewatering with regard to throughput and dry substance content of discharged cake. The client has at his disposal a sludge dewatering installation which is fitted with all necessary components and peripheral equipment, guaranteeing immediate operation.

Hiller compact separation plant for oil sludge

The technical focal point of the compact installation is the high performance centrifuge DecaPress / DecaThick on the one hand and the hydraulic drive concept in combination with the re-designed control unit HMR5000 on the other. Due to the finely tuned interaction of the hydraulic drive and the HMR5000 control system the centrifuge can operate optimally independent of the product properties. Thereby excellent operational results and maximum utilisation of the machine's capacity are achieved.
Optional the compact unit can be installed with a flocculant agent plant.
